What you get

This is the same process I run on every design call — the questions that turn "I've been thinking about starting something" into a program with a name, a price, and a week-by-week map. The Launch Architect asks them. You answer. It does the rest.

• The Spark: fifteen minutes, and your program has a direction. Three possible directions, checked against the market, and one sentence to say out loud tonight.
• Four guided conversations with the Launch Architect — it asks, you answer, one question at a time. Works in ChatGPT or Claude, free versions included.
• Your Program Blueprint: the person it's for, the promise, a week-by-week map of what you'd deliver, a price you can explain with the math behind it, and a name. Laid out as your own designed document, in your colors, printable.
• Optional: your first product. A $27 to $37 guide written in full from your Blueprint, the first step of your program, with the tools inside it. Print it and you have something to sell.
